What this site collects
Signed-edition payments are processed by Stripe; card details never reach this site. Buyer contact and shipping details are stored privately only to fulfill your order. Your device stores cart formats and quantities; recipient names remain in page memory and are cleared on refresh. Buyer name, email, phone and shipping address are sent only when you continue to payment; they are never stored on your device, placed in URLs, or used for analytics. The site runs no advertising or marketing pixels. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs, such as IP address and pages requested, to operate and secure the site.
Amazon purchases
Preorder and price links open Amazon in a new tab. Any purchase, payment or Kindle+ subscription happens on Amazon and is governed by Amazon’s own terms and privacy notice. Links carry no affiliate tags.
Email inquiries
Bulk inquiry and contact links open your own email app with a draft message. Nothing is sent unless you send it. If you do, your message goes to David@DavidAdamKurz.com and is used only to reply to your inquiry. Sending an email does not take payment or reserve a copy.
Signed-edition orders
After a separate payment integration and verification pass, required buyer name, email, phone, shipping recipient and address will be validated securely for checkout. This collection is not yet connected to Stripe. Necessary order, recipient and fulfillment details will be stored privately for processing orders. Only an authorized owner can view or export these records. Card details will not be stored by this site. No order or confirmation email is created by adding a book to the cart.
Fonts
Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your browser’s standard request information.
